My Hero...

Aside from the accident on Monday, last week was relatively uneventful. I get to work this Monday morning and find out that they'll be cutting back my help desk hours, because we have a full-time secretary for the ARC now. Great. I'm not getting many hours to begin with and now they're cutting them back even further? *shakes head* I'd been debating whether to find another job on campus, but that pretty much clinched it for me. So, I was hoping to get a job at the school library. When I checked the job board at the career center, both on campus and online, there were no jobs listed for the library. However, there were jobs listed for the on-campus post office and the computer lab, so I'm debating whether to go for those or not.

I had fully intended to get my teaching credential and teach high school students when I first started college, but now I'm not so sure I want to deal with their attitudes multiplied by thirty, five times a day. My other option is to get my master's in history or political science and teach at the college level. Or I could give up on furthering my education and get a job full time. *grin
