My Hero...

Well, I called the company who made my laptop yesterday and kept getting the runaround with them. They did give me a number to call today, because there are only real people availble Monday through Friday, I guess. Anyway, I called today and was able to get things squared away so a new power adaptor will be delivered by Wednesday at the latest. *squees* Which is good, because the laptop I'm using until I can get mine up and going again has developed a habit of spontaneously restarting and won't let me stay signed in to my IM programs.
