Yes, I know, I just changed it two weeks ago. I made the banner ages ago, but only made the mood theme this week. It was a nightmare uploading it to Photobucket. I have no idea why it wasn't cooperating with me. Anyway, news about me!
I've created an InsaneJournal account with the same username, so you can find me easily if you look. I've also created another 'feline_artistry' account there, so I won't lose my fics and graphics, but I haven't finished moving all of them over. All of my Lord of the Rings, Horatio Hornblower, Numb3rs, and House, M.D. stuff is there, but that's it. I'll be transferring the rest as time permits.
I went back to the doctor because I was still having some trouble and it turns out that I'm probably allergic to dairy products. *facepalm* I love Italian food, pizza, and cheeseburgers. Anyone else see the problem? *sigh* I haven't thrown up yet this month, so let's keep our fingers crossed! *crosses fingers* I'm still avoiding the soft drinks and drinking more water. That seems to help.
Classes are going all right. I'm not sure how I'm going to do, but they're not boring. *grin* We watched The Blaire Witch Project in my folklore class, so that was interesting. My first time watching it and I'm so glad that class is in the morning. I have an exam next week for my Trig class. I also have one for my Asian civilizations class. The midterm for my World War II class was last week, so I don't have to dread that at least.
swingjugend visited from the evening of the fourteenth until the afternoon of the seventeenth. We rented The Invisible and Van Helsing from Blockbuster and The Incredible Journey of Mary Bryant from Hollywood Video. Unfortunately, when we tried to watch Van Helsing, it didn't work. So when we returned the movies, we tried to get a refund for it, but they don't refund rentals. *sigh* They let us rent another movie, so we got Interview with the Vampire, which we hadn't been able to find the night before and had been the reason for going to Blockbuster and Hollywood Video in the first place. *shakes head* So, it was lovely to see her, even though I forgot to give her something I'd made in Folklore until after she'd left. *headdesk* I'll give it to her next time we see each other.
On Tuesday, the eighteenth, we went to Knott's Berry Farm because
umbralillium needed to visit their replica of Independence Hall. So we turned it into a family trip and wandered through the park afterwards. I bought a T-shirt from their Independence Hall gift shop that I later found out
umbralillium had asked
filodea to get for her. She told me that we're not allowed to wear them on the same day. If I see that she's wearing hers, I have to change mine. *rolls eyes* Silly sister. One of the last things we did was visit the Mystery Lodge and they had the perfect shirt for
swingjugend. Unfortunately, the sizes they had it in were too big, but I found another that would suit her. I bought myself a beaded choker and
umbralillium a bone choker. Thank goodness for credit cards. *wink*
That's it for me, really.
