I was finally able to talk with a live person about the fact that I didn't have my grade verified on their documentation. According to the woman I spoke with, I need to be in a degree-seeking program in order to qualify for any of the internships. The fact that I am taking classes to prepare for one does not count.
After I spoke with her, I went through the website and found their explanation about the degree-seeking program. It was in the FAQ's. I wouldn't have found it if I hadn't been looking for it. There's no page explaining the requirements. You just have to go through the FAQ's. Who the hell has time for that?
I'm almost tempted not to apply again once I am in a degree-seeking program. Or just look elsewhere for internships.
