My Hero...

My apologies for not posting much lately. My life has just been really quiet since the quarter and semester ended. I was tutoring once a week, but the client and her family went on vacation, so I have no tutoring to do until August 15th. At this rate, I don't know if I'll get my fees paid off in time to register for the fall quarter. :( On a happier note, I'm going to visit proudpansy next weekend so we can go see Rasputina! Whee! And we'll probably go see DH2 while I'm visiting. *bounce*

umbralillium and I rearranged our bedroom. It's on the western end of the house and there's no shade on that end, so we get the full brunt of the afternoon sun and it gets bloody hot on that side of the room, so that's where her bed was. We rearranged our room so neither of us has our bed against that wall. It's working out so far, though I sometimes get a bit too warm when I'm at my desk too much in the afternoons because it's against the wall now. I can get up and wander off, though, so it's not too bad.

My dad turned 59 this year. O_O Hard to believe that he'll be 60 next year. Maybe we'll do something extra special for it. We went to a baseball game this year (minor league). It depends on what the money situation is going to be. I need a job! *goes searching for one*
