My Hero...

The chiropractor was closed on Monday, so I had to wait until yesterday to see him. The way he works is a little uncomfortable for the patient, but it works. My back is still tender because the muscles need to get used to the bones being back in their proper place, but it feels much better. I'm still going to go easy on it for the next few days to give it a chance to recover, but it's all good now.
