My Hero...

My parents are the best! They intended to buy a desktop computer with some of their tax refund money and exchange it with my laptop (bought just before Circuit City closed down it's physical stores). Except they didn't get as much as they thought they would. So we've been waiting for them to have a little extra cash, but it always seemed to need to go to something else (bills, car payments, credit card payments, etc) and I was willing to wait a little longer. Last night, though, I was playing World of Warcraft (and doing all right despite a sucky frame rate that made the game jerky at times) when Mom came in to tell me that they'd bought a refurbished computer that would be delivered the week after next. \o/ I tried not to be annoying about getting the new computer because I know me having a better computer wasn't as critical as the other things, but my laptop is really starting to drive me crazy. *glomps both parental units and tries to wait patiently*
